About Faye
Most people don’t come to this work because they haven’t tried. They come because they’ve tried everything. They’ve done the thinking, pushed through, held it together, and kept going even when it felt hard. And still… something feels off. Disconnected. Flat. Like you’re living your life, but not fully in it.
That’s where I meet you, because I know that place.
I grew up in Devon, surrounded by nature and animals, and that was where I felt most like myself. Not trying, not thinking - just connected. But there was always something else there too. A quiet awareness. A sensitivity I couldn’t explain. As a child, I didn’t question it. I assumed everyone experienced the world that way.
They don’t.
As life moved on, I followed a path that made sense. I moved to London to train as a sports therapist, and went on to spend over 20 years working as a personal trainer and health & wellness coach, specialising in functional training. I helped people rebuild strength, recover from injury, and reconnect with balance in their bodies. And I saw how deeply that work mattered - because when the body changes, everything begins to shift: how you move, how you feel, and how you experience yourself.
Alongside this, I taught Tai Chi and yoga, working with breath, balance, and awareness. Not just as movement, but as a way of helping people slow down, settle, and feel more grounded within themselves. A way of reconnecting with the body without force or overthinking. I saw the difference that made - people felt calmer, more present, and more like themselves again. But even with that, something deeper was still there. Something that movement alone didn’t quite reach.
That’s what led me into deeper change work. Not as a complete shift away from what I was doing, but as a natural extension of it. The more I worked with people, the clearer it became that what we carry isn’t always visible. There are patterns beneath the surface, ways of being that don’t shift just by trying harder.
It was this understanding that led me to train in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), becoming an NLP Master Practitioner alongside my work as a health & wellness mindset coach. I became deeply interested in how the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system work together - and how real change happens when we begin working with ourselves differently, rather than against ourselves.
But underneath all of that, there was still something deeper calling for my attention.
That awareness had always been there. A quiet knowing, a sensitivity to things I couldn’t explain. As a child, it was simply part of how I experienced the world. But as I grew older, I learned to move away from it, to focus on what made sense, what could be explained, what felt acceptable. So I stayed there for a long time - until it stopped working. Not in a dramatic way, but in that quieter, persistent way where you begin to realise there is more to you, and more to life, than the version you’ve been trying to live inside of.
Around 2014, I made a decision to stop ignoring it and start understanding it.
That’s when I first trained with Dr Eric Pearl in Reconnective Healing, and for the first time, what I had experienced for years began to make sense. From there, everything deepened.
I trained in psychic and evidential mediumship, learning to work with clarity, not just sensitivity. I trained in Reiki, becoming a Master in Usui, Angelic, and Violet Flame practices, and developed my work further through breathwork and mindfulness, understanding how to work with the nervous system rather than against it.
Then came the piece that brought everything together - shamanism.
Through Reiki and Reconnective Healing, I had already begun to understand that there is something more… that energy moves, that we are all connected.
But shamanism took that out of theory… and into direct experience. It wasn’t something I learned. It was something I recognised. Like my body already knew it. Like my soul had always known it. That the world is not something we stand apart from. It is something we are in relationship with.
The land.
The elements.
The unseen.
The energy that moves through all living things.
Not separate from us…
But moving through us, alongside us, in constant exchange. And in that remembering, something settled. Something came back into place.
Because when you experience that level of connection - not just think it, but feel it - the way you see everything begins to change. You stop trying to force life.
You start listening to it.
And that was the moment I stopped trying to be a version of myself that made sense to everyone else…
…and allowed myself to fully be who I am.
From there, everything changed - not because life became perfect, but because I was no longer separate from myself, or from the world around me.
Now, this is the work I do with others. Sometimes that looks like walking side by side in nature, helping you step out of your head and feel more like yourself again. Sometimes it’s guiding you internally into a deeper space where real insight and change can happen. And sometimes, it’s about stepping back and allowing me to step fully into my role - so a deeper, intuitive shift can take place.
Because this isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you - to your body, your awareness, nature, and the part of you that’s always known the way. I spent years hiding that part of myself.
The people I work with often have too - until something in them is ready to stop… and come home to who they really are.
And that is where things begin to change.

My Philosophy
I believe true healing is a journey of remembering - not fixing what’s broken, but uncovering the wholeness that’s always been within. My work is rooted in the understanding that every individual is unique, and so is their path to transformation. I honour the connection between mind, body, and spirit, blending intuitive insight with grounded therapeutic practice to guide each person home to themselves. Whether we’re working through emotional blocks, ancestral patterns, or soul-level wounds, my role is not to lead from above, but to walk beside you - holding space, offering tools, and helping you reclaim your power. Healing isn’t always easy, but it is sacred. And I believe that when we face our shadows with courage and compassion, we awaken the light that was never lost - only waiting.
